9toThrive ("we," "us") provides scheduling, timesheet, and to-do tools for businesses and their employees. This page explains what information we collect through the app, why, and who else sees it.

Information we collect

When you use 9toThrive, we collect:

• Account information — name and email address, provided when you or your employer creates your account.
• Work data — schedules, shifts, clock-in/clock-out timestamps and notes, to-do items, time-off requests, and calendar events your employer or you create in the app.
• Billing information — for business owners, we know which plan a business is subscribed to. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are collected and stored directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the app: showing you your schedule, recording your hours, sending you notifications about shifts or requests that involve you, and billing the business you work for according to its chosen plan. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Third parties we work with

• Clerk handles sign-in and authentication on our behalf.
• Stripe handles billing and payment processing for business owners.
• Google AdSense may show ads to businesses on our free plan, to help cover the cost of offering it. Paid plans never see ads. AdSense may use cookies to show relevant ads — you can control this through your Google Ad Settings.

Each of these processes only the information necessary to do their job for us, under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in (via Clerk) and, on the free plan, cookies set by Google AdSense to serve ads. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites ourselves.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active with a business on 9toThrive. If you'd like your data removed, contact us using the details below, or ask your employer — a business owner can permanently remove a former employee's record from their roster.

Children's privacy

9toThrive is a workplace tool and isn't directed at or intended for use by children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
